Embedding an entry from Ramola D’s “Need To Know” Reports on YouTube followed by my notes, mostly just a recap of where to find specific content in the video. Ramola D also runs The EveryDay Concerned Citizen blog. She and 28-year NSA veteran (and whistleblower) Karen Stewart are members of Techno Crime Fighters Joint Investigation Team. Marie LaBelle has 18 years experience as a mediator with the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario. (A more in depth summary of the video is found on its YouTube page.) Because of its potential importance for similar court cases, I have chosen to make these reference notes.
00:00-04:00 A general background of the situation involving Melanie Vritschan and Hôpital Erasme (Erasmus Hospital) is given. Notes that Melanie has gone into a psychiatric hospital to be “observed” interacting with her baby for 30 days, and if she had not done so, her baby would have been placed into foster care.
04:33-05:03 Karen notes that the entire incident was spurred by heresy (an “innocent comment” made by another person) and was “obviously politically motivated.” Says there is no reason to put Person A in a psychiatric hospital because of what Person B said. “or we could all be in psychiatric hospitals if we live anywhere near a… person with mental illness.”
06:30 Marie says that the situation seems “Carnivalesque” and makes no sense, but if you look at another way, it makes sense. ( She elaborates on this at 1:12:30 )
07:00 – 11:44 Ramola brings up the fact that the conversation included mention of the object which was moved from Melanie’s throat ( this has been established as fact – more info here https://youtu.be/WB5uhlvYdiI and here https://youtu.be/V2pNOTVfk4U ). Ramola explains how it was this secondhand comment which led to Melanie being placed under the care of psychiatrists, and her baby removed from her care. Further summarizes the early events around Melanie’s and Erasmus Hospital, noting how after Melanie was released from a psychiatric hold, the hospital has continued to hold Melanie’s baby.
15:25 Ramola asks, “How is that psychiatry and psychology are given such huge places in our society today? How is it that these psychiatrists who made this wrongful diagnosis could then get away with establishing a court order that completely destroyed somebody’s life by taking a baby away from the mother, and keeping the baby away from the mother for 30 days, and then literally, apparently, setting in motion this whole thing with this other court, this juvenile court system, that nobody could stop? So even though the first court found Melanie to be completely free of any kind of mental health problem and said that she needed to be released from the psychiatry ward and from the hospital … despite that fact, that initial psychiatric diagnosis appears to have been the basis for the continued separation of the mother from the child, and for the continued holding of the child at the hospital, beyond the mother’s release from the hospital.”
16:58 Marie discusses her role as an expert witness, sees herself as a “bridge” to help the court, “help the people.” One of the things that she does is look at the integrity of the documents involved. “It’s for the court to examine the integrity of the document.” Discusses the importance of the role of “mommy.” “That’s my top, top professional right there, especially of that child.”
18:54 Karen: “(Motherhood)… has to be the most important profession, because you are raising the next generation, and if you rase them badly, then your civilization degrades, and if you raise them well, then your civilization increases in its importance and its civility. So there is no better profession, and that profession has got to be protected.”
19:33 – Marie agrees with Karen. Notes the importance of childhood years in terms of human development.
22:30 Karen: “The hospital saying ‘we are going to take away your baby just in case you have a mental problem… we’re knowingly going to do known damage to your child… just in case you might have some kind of mental problem that we don’t know, and can’t define, and have no proof of…’ THAT is the definition of insanity.”
23:30 Marie agrees and introduces the Padmé (sp?) case in which “bio grandparents” express “concern” for the parent of a newborn baby, leading to the baby being fitted with an ankle bracelet within a half hour of birth.
24:40 Marie brings up the importance of the rights of the baby. One of the rights of the baby is to have a mommy that is being enabled to function at her full capacity.
25:30 Ramola says that both the Padmé case and Melanie’s case both involve babies being “babies being absolutely ripped from their mothers literally… directly after being born…” Notes that Melanie and her entire family were COMPLETELY prohibited from any contact with the newborn baby for the first two weeks.”
26:31 Marie reframes the story to focus on the baby, and the fact that the for the first two weeks of her life, baby Amethyst was denied all forms of contact with her entire family.
27:27 Marie notes Padmé case is “an unusual case” which has already been approved for the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague.
28:20 Marie notes how the Padmé case is “a key international case” because “whatever is happening is legalized to some degree at the lower courts – even though the International Criminal Court, the Convention for the Rights of the Child, the articles 6 and 7 (war crimes: genocide and crimes against humanity) – the lower courts… in all of these different places… are actually legalizing a lot of these horrors in the same way that when we had the Nazi occupation in World War II, they had legalized crime.” (note: She is likely referring to Rome Statute Articles 6 and 7).
30:25 Marie: “At no place anywhere in the Padmé case did they even get a proper assessment that passed through the court – the proper court order. Every single thing was done through forgery, fraud, lying, lying to the court, I mean, horrifying violation of their own laws, even if we are to argue they are criminal… if (they are going to violate) their own legislation, legal or not, … then what kind of carnival is this?… What credibility, what credence, what integrity do we give to any of these laws or the programs functioning or … the behavior … that some of these ‘professionals’ take on?” Refers to behavior of professionals as “programs.”
31:54 Ramola: “Do we need to look at the basic laws that are governing society… to permit these lower courts as you say, to get away with so much, because they have legalized so much.” Brings up issues with money and foster parenting.
34:00 Marie begins to talk about money and foster parenting, also about how children in foster care system suffer from trauma because of having been torn from their birth family, necessitating special care
35:09 Marie: “Are they making money?” Yes. “I don’t know the amount, I don’t understand the perks of it…”
35:40-36:00 Marie: “The agencies on a very crude and low level are likely making money based on research that’s there… do I have factual support that I would feel comfortable presenting in front of an International Court? Not necessarily that am I going to divulge that I do at this point, No.”
36:00 Marie: Talks about “big names” (banks) supporting these agencies. “Investors, stakeholders, partners. By definition of the terms, there is a monitory interest.”
38:00 Marie: “UN Agenda 2030” – “A direction towards having children raised by the state.”
Karen makes important points about how we can’t all agree on a homogenous idea of what “proper” parenting looks like, and that the lack of a Constitution – or the disregard of a Constitution in lawmaking or law enforcement – creates an unmoored boat of state. Talks about how badly parented children don’t learn how to parent, and so the dysfunction is then likely to be passed down to the next generation.
40:40 Karen: “some of these places are trying to justify their existence, so they are getting into more and more of the business of parents and the society around them and they have no quote unquote business there. They’re there for one specific purpose. They’re not there to engineer society to their liking and to serve their interests.”
43:00 Marie talks about how the system damages children (severely). When a child is “taken away from mommy,” they are damaged. “You’ve got a damaged individual.” Asks if the damage is a bug or a feature. “Is (the damage) a desired effect?”
46:00 Ramola talks about removal of children from their families and “abandoning” the children foster homes. She has been reading about the increasing suicides of foster children. “Is this child protection system… really serving society today?… Because now it’s bolstered by psychiatrists – people like the ones in Erasmus Hospital, who came into play the day after the baby was born, walked into Melanie’s room, stated that she was delusional, and took her baby away. Despite the fact that they were engaging in massive medical malpractice by refusing to look at her medical reports whereby they would have absolute proof that she was stating the truth of her experience. … So despite that, the gave her this false diagnosis, this wrongful diagnosis, and on the basis of that, ripped her child away… I understand from Katherine Heine who is running the show “Bedlam in America” ( See: https://everydayconcerned.net/2017/10/28/katherine-hinebedlam-in-america-103117-use-of-weaponized-psychiatry-to-abduct-newborn-from-hospital/ ) … she knows a great deal about child protection cases in… the U.S. … she told me… It’s not uncommon. This is actually happening to other mothers all over America. Babies are being taken away from their mothers for no justifiable reason. And psychiatrists are being brought in as the authoritarian authority figure to take the babies away.”
49:49 Ramola “One of the things that I’m concerned about is that we’ve given psychiatrists so much power in our society. And we’ve given child protection so much power in our society. Child protection becomes a sort of runaway train.”
51:00 Marie talks about case of “Kate” (Canada) who had her child taken away soon after birth. Kate has been subjected to 4-5 assessments by “the mind police.” She says the assessments (and the associated documents) are clearly designed to “traumatize mommy.” Mommy acting with trauma rather than logic makes it easier to remove the child from the home.
52:00 Marie: “A lot of child hospitals come up in Ontario and southern Ontario… It’s not only an absurd diagnosis, but it’s MEAN… What they are doing to mommy is mean.”
53:30 Marie: “Not only are they misdiagnoses but when you read them, let me suggest that the reader to whom they are catering to the whole thing may be other than the court, the judge – maybe, maybe they’re more interested in the reader being mommy – to traumatize mommy more. Just throwing it out there. Karen, what do you think on that one?”
54:00 Karen: “…scientists who functioned under Soviet Union and Nazi Germany they were were told to find things in science that supported the Nazi and Soviet viewpoint. We’re in the same kind of society right now… they want to control society. They want to take the children and turn them into mindless drones, and they’re hiring an entire army of ‘mind police’ to do so.”
Karen: “A conveyor belt…” The children are taken, many “grow up damaged and… funneled into a privately-owned prison, privately-owned jail, or privately-owned asylum where bodies and beds make money. So they have a constant flow from stolen children into prisons and asylums where somebody makes money, and the prisons provide more or less slave labor.”
55:40 Marie: “Can we not argue that we are in an Orwellian state?… So 1984 is 2018. Or Fahrenheit 451. We are an in Orwellian state.”
56:10 Marie: “…more frightening (than the police) is the mind police…”
57:40 Marie: “Void of mommy you have damage right away… I can’t emphasize that enough.”
58:00 Marie: Discusses how pain leads to self-medication and drug addiction, and that leads to interactions with police and “mind police.” They can no fill each prison, and make money.
1:00:00 Marie refers to government as a “corporation.”
1:00:04 Ramola talks about foster kids tending to have anger
1:00:30 Ramola begins to discuss MKULTRA, “monarching,” and neurotechnology. “Things can also be covered up… I know that if Millicent were here, she would definitely bring up this issue. Something for us to keep in mind… this child with a whole knot of rage inside of her… but what if also mind technology came into play? Because that is where we are today in 2018. What if radio hypnosis came into play? What if bio-robotizing came into play? … where does this pandemic of suicide come from?”
1:06:00 Marie summarizes experience of child abuse Karen spoke about
1:07:00 Marie begins to address “monarching.”
1:08:00 Marie talks about a situation with a little boy in ICC – video that “mommy” took shows that he is visibly under the influence of a sedative, has injection marks, signs of “Stockholm Syndrome.” When mom expresses concern about the marks on his body, the little boy gets scared and calls out to supervisors at institution.
1:11:54 Ramola: “What exactly is the state doing to these children?”
1:12:20 Ramola: “Ultimately damaged children are going to lead to damaged societies.”
1:12:30 Marie: It seems Carnivalesque. If we want to make sense of it, we need to look at it from
an arial view. If we’re looking at a segueway for a desired result – if we look at it from the point of view of making money for the system, it may not make sense, but it makes dollars.
1:13:40 Marie: Makes sense in terms of Agenda 2030 having children raised by the state. (I can’t find where Agenda 2030 says this?)
1:14:00 Marie: “Amethyst needs Melanie. There’s no doubt about that. Melanie’s well-being is Amethyst’s well-being.”
1:15:00 Ramola: “We have to remember who we are speaking about when we are speaking about Melanie Vritschan.” Gives a summary of how Melanie founded an international human rights group which is listening to victims of nonconsensual implantation and assault with military EMF and bioweapons.
1:16:00 Ramola: The court demands that Melanie drops her human rights work in order to have a chance to get her baby back.
1:17:00 Marie: “Melanie’s case is very important… If Melanie’s work is pushing toward exposing and whistleblowing…” Ramola: “That is the right word. She is a whistleblower.”
1:17:40 Marie: “Taking the mommy away from baby is an absolute crime against nature. Period. And I’ll stand right behind that one firm. k? Firm.”
1:18:00 Marie: “…by discrediting her, conveniently, with psychiatry, which is ‘mind police,’ saying she’s not functioning correctly, would that then be a way of not just sabotaging and derailing her future work, but then taking down the integrity of her past work… we’ve got an incredible person who is doing strides for humanity, and all that work’s been interrupted. And I don’t think we can ignore that point.”
1:18:50 Karen points out that they count on a “ripple effect” where Melanie’s abuse is held up as a signal not to “see anything” or “say anything.”
1:19:00 Marie: Attitude of fear keeps the system in place and hurts baby Amethyst.
1:20:00 Marie: “we work on vibrations.” Fear spreads. “Let’s go to a positive vibration… it gets safer and safer and safer…. the opposite of divide and conquer.”
1:22:13 Marie: “You don’t need to be afraid… it’s pretty safe… to rescue humanity.”
1:23:16 Ramola and Marie make a list of some of the cases that Marie is involved with.
1:24:34 Karen: “A baby under the age of one knows it’s been done wrong… it knows right from wrong from the start.”
1:29:50 Marie: Psychiatric diagnoses are being used as a “weapon.” “It’s their latest canon, it’s their latest rifle – is for psychiatrists to be able to write that: ‘delusional.'”
1:30:54 Marie: Psychiatrists are being “deployed… as per their programming” they have the ability not only to take your baby away, but to “throw you into a bed behind a locked door with medications in you for your life. So that’s a pretty powerful thing. We’re looking at how that’s being misused.”
1:31:40 Marie notes that she has personally corresponded with Melanie and seen that Melanie is a “tremendously high-functioning woman” and that “You’ve got 32 nurses ready to testify and say positive things that would link Amethyst and mommy… but, why oh why, are they taking the word of a very young psychologist (who’s opinion differs).”
1:32:40 Ramola: “…That child psychologist is not reporting reality as she found it. She is reporting reality as she is being tutored to report it. And that’s the underlying conclusion that we all have to come to. And this is what Melanie has also come to. Nothing is overt, but it appears that that psychologist was taking instructions from the very same psychiatrist who gave her that wrongful diagnosis because they don’t want to lose face.”
1:33:30 Marie again talks about taking the “areal view” and suggests that maybe this tact is being taken “by a particular department” that wants to make sure “it’s covered in order not to be sued.”
1:34:18 Marie asks how do we reach the people in these agencies who’s “programming” is off. Advocates for a comprehensive approach to the problem.
1:35:30 Ramola suggests gathering statistics to better understand the magnitude of the problem that we are dealing with, and to start bringing more and more people into this conversation.
1:36:00 Karen suggests psychiatrists and psychologists learn to identify with their patients “if they don’t want the general public to think of them as sociopaths.” Asks of they entered the profession in order to fabricate evidence and bully people. Karen suggests that these professionals are responding to orders from higher up, and that they have a responsibility NOT to follow orders that cause harm to people. (Note: The idea of these medical malpractice orders coming from a “higher” authority has not been discussed much here and I have to say that my personal experience suggests very much that YES this is exactly what is happening. Who this higher authority is, I don’t know.)
1:37:26 Marie agrees that Karen has made a good point and talks about the problematic idea of “mind policing” someone, especially when you are deliberately skewing results. Can professionals who do this be rehabilitated? States that she does believe that at some point, these professionals will be “reigned in” and “held accountable.” “We’re looking at not just the actual people with the child services jobs, but also the person who’s the oncologist who’s teaching at the medical school, the person who is the psychologist, the psychiatrist – all of these people who form the society of the decision making… who are making these professional decisions encouraging and promoting the breaking of the bond, the breaking of the bond – damaged human beings, damaged human beings. We think we have to make an assessment of all of these people with the hats in the programs – how rehabilitatable are they? ”
1:41:50 Ramola notes that we haven’t spoken about “the issue of child trafficking and pedophilia which as we are learning today is really behind many of these systems, in many of our… so-called high places, right, all over the world, even in Belgium… it’s been proved to be behind the monarchy.”
1:42:09 Ramola “These systems with the psychiatrists and psychologists… are helping to keep in place that connect also to child trafficking and pedophilia and do we want that in our society? And if we don’t want that in our society, doesn’t it behoove all of us as members of society to start asking these questions. To start re-examining the situation, and start changing the situation, where these people… are not given this much power… to take children away from their families.”
